FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Maintain database for 3rd level positions;
2.Ensure that all 3rd level PCO’s are occupying T.O. position;
3.Processing of placement (detail, assignment/reassignment and transfer) of all 3rd level PCO’s;
4.Preparation resolutions during SOPPB deliberations;
5.OPR on the turn-over and/or assumption of office ceremonies in coordination with other concerned units.
